​The Root Discovery Project is offered across three pathways:

• Children – creative exploration through play, materials, and sensory expression

• Adults – reflective, process-based sessions for grounding, insight, and creative reconnection

• Elder Adults – gentle, presence-based creative engagement supporting memory, meaning, and expression

Session are guided creative experiences, using drawing, painting, clay, found materials, movement, with life and nature-based prompts to support expression, reflection, and presence—where the focus is not on skill or outcome, but on process and what naturally emerges through making.”​
